International Ag Programs provides a workshop for the 4th Annual C.L.A.S.S. Conference (January 2006)
The College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources is gearing up to host the 4th annual C.L.A.S.S. Conference. The conference was originally designed to assist graduating CASNR seniors with the transition from life as a college student to life as a working professional or graduate student. However, the mission of the conference has changed this year. The conference now provides opportunities for personal and professional development for the entire student body and alumni. This is a great opportunity for current students and alumni to network and share experiences and ideas within an agriculture context. Graduating CASNR seniors will also be recognized for their accomplishments. Join the CASNR family for the 2006 C.L.A.S.S. Conference on Saturday, February 4, 2006, on the OSU campus. The conference will offer a wide variety of workshops to all participants. Along with the workshops, participants will have the opportunity to participate in "speed networking" and will hear an engaging keynote address from well-respected agricultural broadcaster and commentator Mr. Mark Pearson. After the conference, a watch party for the OSU vs. Kansas State men's basketball game will be held. A complete agenda may be viewed online at http://www.casnr.com/pdf/CLASS-conference-Agenda.pdf Registration for the conference is only $10 for current students and alumni to cover the cost of meals; however, the conference is free for 2005-2006 graduating seniors.
